In everyday life, individuals are required to fulfill numerous roles, and finding the optimal balance often seems like an insurmountable challenge, leading to significant stress. If someone is unable to persistently separate their personal life from their work, their efficiency in both areas decreases, leading to burnout and eventually, health problems. This is where our Work-life balance training comes in to help.

For whom do we recommend our Work-life balance program?

Everyone needs to be aware of and establish a balance between their work and personal life. The workshop is particularly useful for those in leadership positions or responsible job roles who regularly find that their work encroaches on their leisure time and stops them from recharging. Consequently, they can not be truly effective in their work. We also recommend the workshop to those who find it difficult to say no or let go of control. To those who realize they spend too much time in one role or the other, but aren’t sure how to change it.

Results of Work-life balance training

Participants identify the deficiencies in their time management skills and become aware of the roles they spend too much or too little time on. They receive a concrete, personalized, simply implementable action plan that brings about qualitative change in their daily lives, achieving a more balanced and stress-free lifestyle. With the knowledge they acquire, their time management improves, they opt for better decisions, become more efficient in their work, and gain the ability to dedicate their leisure time to resting and recharging. They can focus on their tasks at work and on their loved ones in their free time. They avoid burnout and the health problems associated with it.

Themes and process of the programme

Mindfulness of everyday roles.

Participants review their own daily schedules, examining the percentage of time they spend in each role.

Activities are assigned to individual roles.

Conscious shift: participants re-evaluate the kind of scheduling they truly desire, distuingishing between tasks and activities, prioritizing them according to their own, individual preferences.

Development of an action plan, a location and time-aware task allocation, which serves as a guide in everyday life.

Participants receive a personalized action plan they can immediately implement after completing the program.

They learn how to say "no" - and why it is essential to do so, from time to time.

They receive concrete, practical assistance for optimal time management.
