Colourful team, effective collaboration training
The more diverse personalities work in a team, the greater the chance of conflict, but also greater the effectiveness of the team. If team members understand and accept their differences, they will be much more capable of successful collaboration. Our collaboration training is specifically designed for such colourful teams where numerous employees of different ages and personalities work together.
For whom do we recommend our Colourful team, effective collaboration training?
Constant conflicts significantly impede productivity, leading to a negative atmosphere, high turnover, and decreased performance. Collaboration among employees of different personalities or ages is usually not seamless, yet diversity, when utilized well, is actually the team’s greatest strength. If a particular generation or personality type is missing from the team, the problem-solving toolkit of that generation or personality type will also be absent. We recommend the Colorful team, effective collaboration program for teams burdened with interpersonal conflicts. It’s for teams aiming to reduce disputes and harness the potential within their diversity.
Results of Colourful team, effective collaboration training
Team members accept and respect each other, recognize each other’s strengths, therefore they can work together effectively and without conflict. Participants’ self-awareness deepens, and turnover decreases. Leaders identify various roles within their team and recognize which ones they have in abundance and which ones are lacking, so they can utilize this knowledge in the next recruitment process. They also understand whom to appoint from a given team to lead a specific task to ensure the project’s success. This decision will be understood by other employees as well. The program provides an illuminating and enjoyable experience that brings colleagues closer together.
Themes and process of the programme
Our experts at AGORA Institute assess the causes behind the usual conflicts within the given team, and they present a categorisation system and a personality test that aligns with the organisational culture and the client's needs.
The most commonly used personality tests for categorisation are MBTI, DISC, and Belbin.
If generational differences are causing conflicts, the training focuses on generational characteristics.
Participant sensitivity training and attitude shaping: understanding what we like about others and what bothers us about them.
Administering the selected test and categorising participants based on their test results.
Cooperation-building exercises, where each participant must contribute their respective strength from their category, in order to solve the given situation.
