OKR – Objectives and Key Results in practice

An organisation\'s strategy is often understood exclusively by top managers and middle managers, even though achieving goals is significantly more difficult if only leaders know what their strategy is and where it leads the company. Employees also need the context for why their work matters - such is the purpose of OKR. It is essential for objectives and key results to be interpretable and applicable at every level of the hierarchy, in every job role. Our program, OKR - Objectives and Key Results in practice, helps achieving this.

For whom do we recommend our OKR - Objectives and Key Results in practice workshop?

An organisation can only be flourishing if each employee understands how their daily activities contribute to its overall success. An employee feeling like they are performing beyond their capabilities, yet not seeing the fruits of their labor, or not feeling part of the organisation’s successes or failures, is a common problem. In such cases, employee commitment and motivation are equally low. These issues can be resolved by setting and tracking measurable goals. We recommend this workshop for owners, managers, and top executives.

Results of OKR - Objectives and Key Results in practice workshop

OKR, as a goal setting methodology, helps teams set measurable goals for each role, leading both the organisation and its employees to greater success. Performance in each role will become measurable and comparable, significantly enhancing employees’ motivation. Additionally, when employees have a clear understanding of the organisation’s goals and its connection to their daily tasks, they become more committed, easier to motivate, and easier to lead, resulting in reduced turnover. The organisation thus becomes substantially more successful and makes precise progress towards its goals.
