Assertiveness training

The goal of Assertiveness training is to enable participants to openly express their thoughts and feelings, while causing no offence to the other party. Assertiveness is a highly useful practice both in work and personal life.

For whom do we recommend our Assertiveness training?

Social interaction and communication form the foundation of every workplace, but this doesn’t guarantee smooth sailing. Employees come with different communication styles, temperaments, and beliefs, often leading to conflicts. Within a team, there may be both reserved and dominant individuals, the latter potentially overshadowing the former. Mastering assertiveness, which involves effective self-assertion while respecting others, benefits everyone. Assertive communication enables individuals to express themselves honestly and confidently, advocating for their interests and viewpoints, while also considering the feelings and needs of their conversational partners. Clearly, assertiveness enhances the quality of communication. This training is recommended for colleagues working across various fields and levels who value constructive communication, expressing and resolving opinions, and asserting themselves.

Results of Assertiveness training

Participants see improvements in their communication skills and experience a deepening self-awareness. They find it easier to express themselves and effectively convey their intentions to others. Communication within the organisation becomes more unified and non-confrontational, increasing the efficiency of information flow. Asserting one’s interests occurs smoothly, with mutual support. These changes result in a more positive organisational culture and have a beneficial impact on both workplace atmosphere and performance, strengthening employee engagement. A supportive, collaborative team dynamic emerges as a result.
