Participants become acquainted with the four types of leadership roles.
The main topics covered by the program include: leadership self-awareness, task delegation (SMART criteria), communication, time management, decision-making (Vroom-Yetton model), motivation, management, situational leadership, and giving feedback.
Participants can practice leadership tasks, roles, and task delegation through simulation games. This provides immediate feedback on how tasks are performed.
