Themes and process of the programme

Planning phase: the key questions are what the meeting's objectives are, who should attend, when and how it should be conducted, and the start and end times.

Preparation phase: sending preliminary information to participants, so they arrive prepared and motivated. Visual aids and presentations are also created during this phase.

During the meeting: adhering to the established rules, including participation guidelines and behavioral norms. Halting unplanned topics, and actively engaging passive participants.

Closure: preparing minutes or a memo, including agreements, tasks assigned to each participant, and established deadlines.

In the case of an on-site training, AGORA Institute trainers attend the organisation's meeting and provide immediate feedback. They develop a tailored improvement plan.
