Balázs Benő Fehér graduated from the University of Theatre and Film Arts with a degree in acting in 2014. He has been directing theater performances since the age of 20 and has been able to effectively utilize the experiences and skills gained as a director in his role as a trainer. As a director, he managed operational tasks and gained extensive knowledge during rehearsals about how group dynamics work, how to motivate people with different mindsets and emotional states, and how to bring out the best in them. He considers team-building to be his greatest strength.

He believes that as a trainer, he needs to use similar skills to those of a director—psychological insight, good communication, sensing team dynamics, and performance skills—while the content to be conveyed naturally differs. As a trainer, it is a highly positive experience for him to continuously meet new people and learn a lot about organizational development, leadership attitudes, the functioning of corporate structures, and himself. In his view, the knowledge acquired in both roles reinforces each other.

Regarding the training sessions he conducts, Balázs Benő Fehér considers it most important that participants gain knowledge through experiential learning. He aims for them to experience firsthand that what they learn can be useful, as they will only feel the essential need to apply it in such cases.
