Irén Krihó-Földesi has 30 years of professional experience, having led over 3,000 hours of coaching sessions and conducted 360 training days along with approximately 400 consulting days. Throughout her career, she has consistently observed that colleagues, clients, and negotiating partners are eager to share various challenges in their lives. Her engineering background and mindset enable her to find common ground and collaborate effectively with clients in technical, IT, or production fields.

She believes that every development, training, and person can offer her something in return—her goal is to help others realize theirs. In the coaching process, she places great importance on exercises and tasks that allow participants to receive affirmations about their strengths. She believes that by utilizing our strengths and best abilities, we can achieve a flow experience in our work, making it more enjoyable. During her sessions, she draws on her 30 years of experience, as well as her analytical skills and ability to see connections, helping her clients recognize the skills and competencies they can rely on.
