During development, the goal is not to change people, but to bring out their best selves.
Dániel Dala's professional career is intertwined with AGORA Institute, as he has been working in training, personal, and organizational development for 11 years, all of which has been spent at this company. He has accumulated hundreds of training days. Soft skills training is closest to his heart, and he conducts sessions on topics such as stress management, conflict resolution, self-awareness, and leadership communication. He actively participates in the development of educational materials at AGORA Institute, whether it be training materials, textbooks, or methodologies. He also contributed to the creation of the company’s online, gamified skills development program, I Land.
He believes that during development, the goal is not to change people but to bring out their best selves, the potential that lies deep within their souls and behaviors. In his training sessions, he combines modern research findings with traditional values and timeless knowledge. He strives to ensure that his training sessions best support the development direction and objectives of the organization in question. He places great importance on flexibility, applying appropriate tools and exercises to illuminate problematic issues according to the specific group. He believes in dramatized methods that allow participants to explore various behavioral patterns, techniques, and forward-looking tools in a protected, safe environment, enabling them to achieve their individual or group goals. His aim during training is to equip participants with a toolkit that supports achieving true self-awareness and the unfolding of their personalities.
He earned his teaching degree from ELTE Faculty of Humanities and holds qualifications as a self-awareness group leader and psychodrama assistant. He has also participated in trainer and coach training programs at AGORA Institute. He currently works at the company as a senior trainer-consultant.
