Zsuzsanna Nemes is a recognized senior trainer-consultant with 20 years of experience. Zsuzsa’s main specialization is leadership and organizational development. She leverages her rich, practice-oriented expertise in developing corporate organizations and teams.

Her strength lies in creating a trusting atmosphere, bridging various leadership and employee levels during development processes. In doing so, she helps them uncover obstacles and move forward, fostering openness and receptiveness to one another and to change. As a result, teams gain momentum, and colleagues find motivation for growth.

She always customizes her programs to meet current, unique needs, helping her clients effectively maximize results, from managing change to improving performance and personal development.

For 10 years, she worked as a leader in a multinational environment, experiencing leadership challenges firsthand. She also applied her expertise as a lead internal trainer in collaboration with the consulting firm McKinsey. Human development has always been at the core of Zsuzsa’s work, based on equal communication and trust, where she firmly believes that responsibility and heightened awareness are essential. Hundreds of leaders and over a thousand employees—from SMEs to large companies—have participated in her development programs. Furthermore, since 2018, she has been a part-time lecturer at Kodolányi János University, where she teaches, among other subjects, personal development, business communication, organizational culture, and organizational development.

She supplemented her financial economics degree from the University of Szeged with an MBA in economics and later a degree in entrepreneurship development, deepening her knowledge in corporate management and exploring precisely how leadership impacts organizational culture. She has also participated in several trainer and coach training programs.
