Alexandra Simon's primary role as a training assistant involves the seamless preparation and documentation of training sessions, handling various tasks related to the entire process—from procuring training tools to maintaining communication with clients and trainers, as well as managing training administration and internal records. She places great emphasis on precise and efficient organization, attentive handling of details, and smooth communication with both clients and colleagues.
She studied sociology at ELTE for two years, gaining a solid understanding of human behavior and social dynamics, which she continues to apply in her work. Following that, she gained experience in various sectors, working in the HR department of a state-owned company, in the internal training division of a multinational corporation, and in recruitment and selection. These years have strengthened her client relationship and organizational skills, as well as her flexibility and problem-solving abilities.
Currently, she is pursuing studies in HR economics to gain deeper insights into labor market processes, human resource management, and economic correlations. Her goal is to more effectively support the maximum satisfaction of AGORA’s client needs in the future. Her commitment to professional and personal development drives her forward, as she continually seeks new opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills.
Due to her empathetic and proactive personality, she easily perceives the needs that arise in different situations and strives to contribute to the team's success with effective, well-organized solutions. She enjoys working behind the scenes, while also valuing the satisfaction of our clients, trainers, and training participants with the support she provides.
