The key to an organization's growth is the development of its employees.

Veress Attila has decades of experience in sales and has also acquired extensive knowledge as an HR leader, allowing him to effectively support the growth of AGORA Institute and the expansion of its client base, which he has essentially been doing since the company's inception. He believes that his main task is not to sell training or consulting services, but to work collaboratively with AGORA's experts to seek and provide solutions to clients' problems.

He believes it is possible to find a balance between customer needs and professional expectations, and based on feedback over the past nearly one and a half decades, he has been excellent at achieving this balance. Veress Attila is proud of the assistance the AGORA team has provided to numerous companies and organizations over the years and of their ability to achieve truly long-term, positive changes for those who turn to them, whether in terms of organizational or personal competence development.

He earned his HR degree from Tessedik Sámuel College in Békéscsaba, then continued his studies in Andragogy-HR at the University of Pécs. Throughout his career, he has worked for a small and medium-sized engineering company that supplies the automotive industry, where he held positions as a sales manager and later as an HR manager. In addition to the sales experience gained here, he also learned what values large international companies look for when selecting their suppliers. He has also worked as an HR professional for an international corporation and has been involved in the work and establishment of the AGORA Institute from the beginning, strengthening the company's team as a senior key account manager.
