Balázs Kurucz has worked as a trainer-consultant for over two decades and has been active as a coach since 2007, obtaining his ICF PCC coach certification in 2018. He has gained professional experience in various industries at both domestic and international large corporations, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. As a trainer, he applies a coaching perspective, believing that clients possess the necessary resources for their development and problem-solving. From 2008 to 2024, he served as a co-founder, instructor, coach mentor, and coach supervisor at a prominent Hungarian coaching training institution, participating in nearly 500 domestic coach training sessions.

Balázs Kurucz is a strong advocate of continuous learning, consistently enhancing his skills and staying up-to-date with new technologies throughout his career. In line with this, he began working on digital platforms as a coach in 2019 and actively utilizes artificial intelligence in his work.

He earned his degree in biological engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 1999. After completing his studies, he joined Accenture, where he spent four years focusing on change management and training. He continued his career at Dale Carnegie Training starting in 2003, gathering extensive knowledge and experience in delivering training sessions before serving clients as an independent trainer-consultant. In August of this year, he joined the AGORA Institute team, where his responsibilities include conducting training sessions, maintaining client relationships, assessing training needs, and developing professional programs.
