The greatest companies do more than generate profit—they build cultures that enable people to achieve personal fulfillment as well. The leaders of successful companies see not only the strategy and the numbers, but also the community that brings them to life. – Jim Collins

Beáta Őz joined the AGORA team with nearly three decades of international corporate experience to support clients’ growth as an organization and leadership development expert. Over her leadership career, she served for more than ten years as managing director, preceded by several years in middle management, giving her an in-depth understanding of organization development stages and the leadership challenges that accompany them. She has expertise in strategic planning, business plan development, structuring functions, roles, and processes, and her extensive leadership toolkit has been enriched by both domestic and international training. She places particular emphasis on coaching, delegation, motivation, performance evaluation, and talent development, with a special focus on developing and training middle managers and key personnel.

Beáta Őz firmly believes that the workplace is not merely an economic environment but an important sphere of life, offering opportunities for professional and personal fulfillment. She is convinced that a company can only be truly effective and successful if senior leadership can align strategic goals with an organizational culture where people work with motivation, joy, and the ability to realize their full potential. As a consultant, she supports her clients in creating efficient, inspiring, and high-performing work environments—ones that generate real value at every level of the organization.

She earned her teaching degree from the Bessenyei György Teacher Training College in Nyíregyháza, then obtained an MBA from Corvinus University of Budapest with a specialization in sales. She further deepened her professional expertise through the joint senior executive program of Henley Business School and VELUX Group, and in 2022 she graduated as a mental health professional from Semmelweis University.

Early in her career, she worked briefly as a teacher before joining VELUX Hungary Ltd. in 1996, where she served as managing director of the Hungarian subsidiary’s commercial division from 2010. Between 2013 and 2014, she simultaneously held the position of interim managing director for the Czech and Slovak companies. Her people-centered approach and social commitment are also reflected in her ten years of volunteer service at the Polcz Alain Hospice – Palliative Care Department of the National Korányi Institute of Pulmonology.

Beáta Őz joined the AGORA team in June 2025, taking on the mission to use her knowledge, experience, and human-centered perspective to help create workplaces that not only operate with excellence but also inspire.
