AGORA does not simply conduct trainings, but brings real change to organizations. I consider it my mission to help as many organizations as possible recognize that the key to long-term and sustainable development lies in the development of the organization and its employees.
Eszter Kaiser has over 20 years of training experience, including in the fields of organizational development and individual skill development. She has completed more than a thousand consultancy and training days, gaining experience in public administration, healthcare, and international corporations, which has given her deep insight into structured, harder-to-change systems, and she effectively transforms this knowledge into real development. She is also well-versed in the world of small and medium-sized enterprises and considers it her personal mission to introduce these companies to the importance of developing both their employees and the entire organization.
She believes that AGORA Institute does not simply sell training sessions, but brings true change to the lives of organizations. She is convinced—and designs her programs accordingly as a trainer—that meaningful results come from real developments that go beyond merely scratching the surface in the lives of both individuals and companies. She is especially proud that over the past 14 years, AGORA Institute has been able to bring change to organizations—municipalities, healthcare institutions, SMEs—that previously did not have the opportunity to participate in skills or organizational development programs.
She earned her degree from the Faculty of Humanities at Eötvös Loránd University, with her thesis focusing on EU topics. She began her career as a journalist and worked for eight years at the West Transdanubian Regional Development Agency, participating in cross-border projects before Hungary's EU accession and, after 2004, gaining insights into EU funds from the grant issuing side. She has taught regional marketing and trained more than 100 notaries and mayors in EU knowledge and regional development. She has worked as a trainer and organizational development consultant for various companies and is an ICF PCC Coach. For the past 14 years, she has led AGORA Institute, where she is also a co-founder and managing director.
