Being the best is not the most important thing in life; it's much more important to be a little better every day than you were the day before.

Gábor Almási has nearly 25 years of professional experience as a trainer and has worked with numerous middle and senior managers across various companies. He has gained experience in every market segment, giving him significant insight into the operations of organizations. His personal philosophy is, "Being the best is not the most important thing in life; it's much more important to be a little better every day than you were the day before." In line with this, he emphasizes helping everyone develop their own talents and building a team whose members surpass him in their areas of expertise.

As an organizational developer, he also thinks in terms of values, which is why the use of AGORA Method® is particularly important to him. This method helps derive strategic goals, appropriate KPIs, and daily tasks from the organization's core values. In his view, AGORA is one of the few consulting companies that can bring about significant positive changes in their clients' business results.

He holds a degree in mathematics and physical education, as well as qualifications in training and project management. Throughout his career, he has worked with several key players in the domestic training market and has also worked at a smaller Hungarian-owned consulting firm, as well as in photography. For the past three years, he has strengthened AGORA Institute's team as a professional director, senior trainer-consultant, and senior organizational and leadership developer. His professional goal is to demonstrate to the world the extraordinary and profound changes that can be achieved with AGORA.
