Tamás Pintér has over 20 years of professional experience, particularly in leadership training and organizational development. He was among the youngest in Central Europe to complete trainer-consultant training, as he began working as a trainer at the age of 19 while pursuing higher education, and to date, he has accumulated well over a thousand training days. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in large corporations, participating in the development of both employees and leaders, as well as the entire organization, and he has also conducted similar training for staff at healthcare institutions. He believes that without substantial change, training is a waste of time; it is not enough to merely scratch the surface; a true mirror must be held up to people and organizations to give them a chance to reach their desired state.

During training sessions, he strives to show participants both the worst and best outcomes, as well as the path they can take to get there. He believes it is worthwhile to draw from historical examples and enthusiastically studies the life paths of great leaders from previous eras, combining the information gained with the most modern tools to support the development of individuals and organizations. He is particularly proud of AGORA Institute as a company, as well as of its people, the organizational development methodology they have created, and our forward-looking tools such as the I Land gamified skills development program.

He earned his degree in Business Communication with a corporate specialization on the topic of "Organizational Development and Training." He received the project manager certification with excellent qualifications from the German GPM organization. He has over 15 years of training and consulting experience and is a founding member of the European Lean Association. He is one of the founders, managing directors, and senior trainer-consultants at the AGORA Institute.
