You will change even if you don't do anything about it—just not in the desired direction.
Zoltán Tóth is the PM business unit leader and a senior organizational and leadership developer at AGORA Institute. He boasts not only a lengthy and successful career, but also possesses exceptional expertise in his field. There are only six professionals in the country with similar international experience and certification as a trainer certified by the IPMA Hungarian Examination Center (for IPMA levels D, C, B, and A) like him. Zoltán is the only one among them who has been practicing and teaching project management for over 20 years, and he was appointed as Hungary's PM Ambassador by the president of the German GPM.
He began his career as a research biologist and university lecturer, then founded his own business. Later, by working his way up the corporate ladder, he gained significant experience in upper management at a regional multinational company, progressing from non-executive leadership to senior management. He then returned to the field of corporate and adult development, where he has accumulated over 8,000 training hours.
Zoltán strives to think collaboratively with others, to understand and identify problems, and to find effective alternative solutions. His goal is to create opportunities for his clients to advance and continuously develop. He has a strongly practical and solution-oriented approach, believing in numbers and results. Client satisfaction is the most important measure of his work. As a systems organizer and a person who thinks in systems, he is highly structured, with an exceptionally high capacity for error recognition and problem-solving.
