360 degree leadership profile
The 360 degree leadership profile is an exceedingly complex diagnosis used to assess the performance and work of leaders or key individuals across four dimensions, based on feedback from colleagues. Our institute\'s diagnosis is unique in the domestic market because it not only analyzes interpersonal relationships (leader-individual and leader-team), but also identifies leadership strengths and areas for improvement. It evaluates how effectively the leader can develop the systems under their supervision and represent organisational values (leader-systems and leader-organization).
For whom do we recommend our 360 degree leadership profile?
We recommend the online diagnosis for leaders and key individuals within the organisation who feel they lack sufficient authority, are not respected by their team members, or struggle to garner followership. They find it challenging to communicate upper management directives and corporate interests to employees. Representing and managing leadership KPIs pose difficulties for them. They lack clarity on their strengths and weaknesses, areas for improvement, and how their colleagues perceive them.
Results of 360 degree leadership profile program
Leaders and key individuals who use the online diagnosis receive a detailed, 15-page profile that outlines their leadership abilities, strengths to leverage, and areas needing development. This analysis enables them to create action plans to enhance their leadership skills and solidify their position. Feedback is essential for them to truly excel in their roles.
Themes and process of the programme
In the case of 360 degree leadership profiles, participants first evaluate themselves, then they invite feedback from their direct supervisors, leaders above them, team members (2-7 individuals), and colleagues at the same level (2-7 individuals).
The online survey system ensures complete anonymity for respondents, allowing them to provide their honest feedback.
The evaluated person receives the percentage result of the overall assessment conducted by the closed system.
If requested, consultants and trainers from AGORA Institute assist participants of the 360 degree assessment with processing the aggregated profile, providing individual feedback sessions of at least four hours each.
