DISC

DISC assessment is one of the most popular personality tests worldwide, being highly valued in the workplace. Its theoretical foundation is based on C. G. Jung\'s personality theory, providing assistance in mapping and understanding behavioural styles, as well as increasing self-awareness. With the application of DISC, behavioural differences between people can be well described, explained and effectively managed.

For whom do we recommend DISC assessment?

In an ideal workplace setting, a group of individuals with diverse personalities collaborate. It’s widely recognized that teams with a broad spectrum of abilities, skills, and experiences tend to achieve better results, as they can effectively overcome various challenges. However, different personalities and attitudes can also lead to conflicts and misunderstandings. This is particularly evident when leaders struggle to navigate the dynamics among their team members. Additionally, if leaders lack a thorough understanding of their team, they may fail to motivate them effectively. When it comes to hiring new employees, there might be uncertainty regarding who fits in well with the existing team. Persistent conflicts and misunderstandings can diminish work efficiency, contribute to increased turnover, and negatively impact the workplace atmosphere. Enhancing our understanding of both ourselves and our colleagues can play a crucial role in resolving and preventing contentious situations.

Results of DISC assessment

The DISC assessment can be employed in selecting employees or leaders, as well as in developing individual and group improvement plans. It proves beneficial in team-building activities and in fostering improved communication and collaboration. Participants gain insights into their own values, learn to capitalize on their strengths, and develop strategies for addressing their limitations. Through the use of this assessment, individuals become more adept at recognizing the behavioral styles of others and acquire tools to communicate and collaborate more effectively with various colleagues and partners. Collaboration, communication, and conflict resolution among team members improve. Recognizing differences enables employees to turn them into opportunities. Deliberately integrating this system into daily routines aids leaders in establishing more personalised collaboration with their team members, thereby enhancing motivation and commitment.
