Themes and process of the programme
The 6-10 session coaching process is entirely personalized, with the client determining the topics based on areas they wish to develop.
The first session begins with a triangular conversation involving the client, their superior, and the coach responsible for facilitating development.
During the first session, we define the goal of the coaching process by determining where the participant wants to be at the end of the process, identifying their objectives and areas of improvement.
During each session, we establish a commitment that the participant must fulfill by the next session, typically scheduled 1-2 weeks later.
In the next session, we discuss and evaluate how well the participant has fulfilled their commitment.
Closing the process involves a reflective evaluation and creating a vision for the future, marking the path for professional development.
