Leadership skills development
To become a good leader, one needs to alternate between four different leadership roles depending on the situation: the strategist, the controller, the developer, and the expert. It\'s personality-dependent as to which role someone naturally spends more time in, but it\'s not beneficial if their balance is disrupted. Leadership skills development training helps in restoring and finding this balance effectively.
