MBTI
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the most widely used personality test worldwide, utilised by organisations such as NASA, McKinsey, and Deloitte. Through the MBTI, we gain insight into the fundamental drivers and causes behind the behaviours of both ourselves and our colleagues.
For whom do we recommend the MBTI?
The MBTI assessment is recommended for leaders who perceive a high level of conflict impeding effective teamwork within their teams. It is also beneficial for HR professionals dealing with significant turnover, aiming to find long-term, successful employees whose personality traits align with the roles they need to fill. Furthermore, it is valuable for anyone seeking a clearer understanding of their strengths and areas for improvement, as well as those dealing with people and struggling with understanding their behaviors, communication styles, and motivations.
Results of the MBTI program
Thanks to understanding the MBTI, teams become more diverse, stress levels decrease, communication and conflict resolution improve, and overall team efficiency increases. Participants deepen their self-awareness, recognizing their strengths and areas for improvement, as well as understanding which roles suit them best. Better understanding their colleagues allows employees to accept their behaviors without perceiving them as personal attacks.
Themes and process of the programme
The MBTI personality test evaluates and identifies an individual's personality type and behavioral inclinations across four distinct dimensions or opposing pairs. Test-takers are categorized into one of the 16 personality types.
Participants engage in interactive tasks and simulations to acquaint themselves with the four dimensions of the MBTI (energy and recharging, information intake, decision-making, time management). These exercises help them position themselves along each dimension.
The detailed assessment is also conducted interactively.
Participants receive a comprehensive, two-sided personal profile that outlines their strengths, areas for development, and their preferred work environment.
The validity of this profile exceeds 90% globally.
